1. Guest Terms and Condition: A maximum of five guest is allowed during the effectivity of the annual membership, anything beyond shall be subject to a guest fee. Upon availment, guest appointment may be set with our membership consultant 24 hours prior to the intended date to visit.

2. Non - Refundable: Members are not entitled to cancel their membership once the contract is signed and the payment is processed but the contract can be transferred.

3. Membership Freeze Policy: If you are unable to use facilities due to travel abroad or medical condition, you may request to freeze your membership. To do so, you must provide written documentation at least (1) month in advance, except in cases of emergency medical reasons where shorter notice may be considered. Membership freeze are permitted for a minimum duration of one (1) month and a maximum duration of (3) three months per calendar year. Once the freeze period ends, your membership will be automatically reactivated and resume as scheduled.

4. Gym Ethics: Members shall not engage in any type of commercial / business activities while using the facilities. Members shall not act as a trainer to other members or hire a freelance personal trainer outside New Breed Fitness Gym.

5. Facilities and Services: Gym reserves the right at any time to modify, discontinue, repair, or replace any facilities or equipment without any effect on this agreement. The Gym may be closed for two weeks each year for maintenance purposes.

6. Use and Selling of Banned Performance Enhancing Drugs: Selling or trading of steroid inside the facility is highly prohibited.

7. Liability of Property: The Gym is not liable for any member's personal property that is damaged, lost, or stolen within the gym premises. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicles and their contents, or items left in lockers.

8. Assumption of Risk of Injury and Waiver of Claims: You acknowlegde that the gym is an undersupervised fitness facility, and understand the inherent risks associated with any physical activity, including the possibility of physical injury or death. By entering the gym, or using by any equipment, machinery or facilities therein, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury and waive any right to seek monetary damages or other relief of any kind arising from such activities. This waiver extends to participation in any of the gym sponsored event. On your behalf and on successors and assigns, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the management, and all its owners, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and any loss damage or liability incurred by your person and other person entering the gym as your guest.

9. Declaration of Personal Informaton: By signing this agreement, you confirm that the personal information, including your particulars, contact details, and email address, provided at the time of signing is accurate and has been duly verified. You consent to receive notices, announcement, and communication related to your membership through electronic channels. You agree to promptly notify the management in writing of any changes to your personal information. Your personal information will be used solely for purposes related to your membership and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
